(1) The basic components of the Eldro thrusters ,I.E electric motor and closed hydraulic system are coaxially assembled to form a function unit. Extensively applied in the mechanical engineering industry, materials lifting and handling.
(2) JZbrakes have introduced the eldro thrusters designing and manufacturing technology from Germany EMG-AUTOMATION company since 1987. Products are manufactured strictly according to drawing EMG supply us.
(3) JZbrakes Eldro thrusters are in conformity with Germany DIN15430 and JB/T10603-2006 standard.
(4) Motor electric protection grade is IP65;
(5) Cable gland Pg 21 for conductor sizes up to 4×2.5mm2.
(6) Continuous operation S1 and intermittent service S3-60% duty cycle.
(7) Ambient temperature : -20-+50, use DB-25 hydraulic fluid; below -20 useYH-10 aircraft fluid; if use DB-25 hydraulic fluid, heater required.
(8) Voltages and frequencies: 3ph AC 380V/50HZ. JZbrakes can supply other voltages and frequencies as per the requests when order.
(9) OEM as per the requests of clients. Rating plate can be designed according the clients requests.
(10)The base mounting can be rotated in the steps of 90.
